Ordering & Delivery
We accept orders from the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. For shipments to other countries, please contact us via email.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment. You will receive an email notification once the order is shipped. The package will be delivered to your home or an alternative address within 2-5 working days. If a product is out of stock and the delivery of your order may take longer, we will contact you. PostNL handles the delivery of our packages.
Not at home?
No problem, the package can fit through the mailbox.
In that case, we will deliver it to your neighbors or a PostNL point. With the track & trace code, you can see where you can pick up the package. Do you have the PostNL app? You can also see where your package is with it.
For orders within the Netherlands, excluding the Caribbean Netherlands, we have a fixed rate of €2, including VAT. No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €50, including VAT. For consumers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to the shipping costs depends on the country. Packlamp reserves the right to adjust this amount according to the most current rates for these services by PostNL or an equivalent parcel service provider.
Of course, it is possible to return items purchased from Packlamp. When returning or exchanging, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Place the order in a shipping box, including all parts and the order form. You must meet the following conditions:
You must always notify us of an exchange or return by email.
You can only exchange and return items purchased from the Packlamp webshop.
The item must be returned undamaged in sturdy packaging.
The costs and shipping risk of the return are for the buyer's account.
Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel the order and another 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the purchase cannot be dissolved and becomes final.
You cannot return online orders to the stores that sell our products.
Unstamped shipments will not be accepted by Packlamp, regardless of the reason for the return.
